Suede's All Star Review Biography
(for the 2010 Vizsla Club of America's "All Star Review")
Outstanding trainability. A natural retriever. Intelligence and independence. Intensity in the field. A perfect ‘gun dog’ combination.
Between 16 months and two, Suede completed 6 titles in four venues. Then, she came off of ‘maternity leave’ to finish her Senior Hunter title in four straight passes and her Master Hunter title in 6 tests. All of her titles were obtained as ‘breeder/owner’. She didn’t pick these titles up so quickly because we pushed her but because of her own natural ability and desire to work as a team with her people.
Oh, and being ‘easy on the eyes’ doesn’t hurt either. Suede’s carries herself with such confidence; her beauty catches the eyes of strangers who can’t help but ask about her and the Vizsla breed.
As a producer, Suede has made us very proud. Her pups are sweet, smart, and easy to live with. But, when in the field, their natural instincts are strong. And, when in the show ring, her kids are competitive—picking up points (and majors) with limited showing and breeder/owner handled.

This unique showcase is designed to spotlight the dogs that have achieved the pinnacle of success in our breed. Open only to AKC Champions that are also a Field Champion, Amateur Field Champion, Master Hunter, NAVHDA Utility Prize 1, this prestigious competition will highlight the importance of Form and Function in a breed where this remains a priority.
This year's catalog features: 25 Master Hunters, 13 Dual Champions, 11 Amateur Field Champions, 1 NAHVDA Utility Pz 1, 11 Best In Specialty Show winners, and 2 Best In Show winners.
