Sharon Misiak writes about her boy, Cappy:

Cappy is a wonderful blend of his Sire and Dam: handsome and a gentleman, like his father, Cassidy; playful with attitude like his mother, Dawn. Owner handled to his AKC Championship, with 3 majors, at the age of 11 months, he took his first group placement the very same day. Shown occasionally over the next 2 years (as he matured) he earned a National Specialty Judges Award of Merit (JAM) during this time.

In March of 2005, Cappy met his handler, Holley Eldred, and they have become a wonderful team. While only shown by Holley for 9 months in 2005, Cappy finished the year as #3 Vizsla in Breed and All Breed points (in the US) with 4 Group One Placements and a Specialty Show Best of Breed. As of September 2006, his accomplishments include a Westminster Kennel Club Award of Merit, multiple group wins, multiple group placements, two more Specialty Show Best of Breeds, and two Specialty JAM’s. He is currently the #2 Vizsla Breed and All-Breed in the country.

Cappy’s show career is only one side of this multi-faceted young Vizsla male. Owner handled, he Finished his JH at the Kettle Moraine English Setter Hunt Test on October 28, 2006. He also completed his Canine Good Citizen and his Therapy Dog International evaluations. He accompanies his human papa, Carl, as a service dog, to shopping centers and to the Veteran's Administration Clinics and Hospitals. Cappy also has a very special little girl in his life, Kylie, our 5-year-old granddaughter. Kylie held him for the first time when she was only 1 year old and they have been best friends since. They eat, sleep and play together when Kylie visits and he never seems to wear out. Whether at home with us during the week or away with Holley at shows on the weekend, Cappy is a wonderful ambassador for the Vizsla breed.

Most recently, in October of 2007, Cappy came out of retirement to show at the 2007 Vizsla Club of America National Events and came home with a Judges Award of Merit (JAM).
