Boots' owner, writes about her boy:

Boots arrived at our house the day after Christmas full of curiosity and energy. He immediately charmed everyone he met. He was eager to please and easy to train. From his puppy class as WD to BOW, he was winning BOB over specials. With Diana Jones serving as his handler, they were an outstanding team in the show ring.
At the 1997 Nationals in Tampa, Florida, Boots won WD and was awarded a JAM (Judge's Award of Merit). Boots finished his championship the week following the Nationals at 12 months of age.

Boots then enrolled in bird dog school in Missouri with Lin Kozlowski. Birds were made for him to hunt and he thoroughly enjoyed earning his JH with Lin as handler.

Limited use as a stud dog produced champions and specialty winners. His BIS BISS daughter, CH Lady Jazzberry of Brazenrock is the youngest Vizsla to win an all breed Best in Show. She accomplished this feat from the 9-12 mos puppy class owner handled. She also received a JAM at the 2003 Nationals at just over one year of age.

Boots was a joy to have. His easygoing temperament and attitude toward life made him a wonderful addition to our family.
